WORKING WITH SHE ROAMS NYC
Terms Of Use
She Roams NYC is a custom travel planning service founded by Kaitlyn Micali. The customized itineraries of She Roams NYC Plans are carefully crafted based on the information provided through the client intake form. Each plan is tailored exclusively to meet the specific requirements of the client. Anticipated completion time for each bespoke plan is approximately eight weeks. Expedited orders can be accommodated for an additional fee, guaranteeing delivery within six weeks. Please be aware that the “Rush” option must be purchased at check-out for plans needed in less than six weeks, as not all Rush Charge Orders can be fulfilled. Refunds are issued if, for any reason, the requested Rush Order cannot be fulfilled. Kindly note that while Kaitlyn is responsible for providing recommendations, she does not handle reservations or ticketing, unless specifically engaged to book your hotel. Clients are responsible for making their own arrangements for restaurant reservations, tours, and site admissions.Please note that once a She Roams NYC Plan has been delivered, no refunds will be issued. Kaitlyn is available for follow-up inquiries, but any modifications or additional requests that require more than thirty minutes of research and time will be subject to a billing rate of $150 per hour. All Plans are meticulously prepared and strive to be as accurate and up-to-date as possible. However, unexpected closures or unforeseen circumstances may occur. For this reason, She Roams NYC strongly advises all clients to purchase travel insurance. While She Roams NYC cannot assume legal responsibility for any occurrences during your trip, Kaitlyn and her team are readily available to assist you with any queries or concerns, ensuring peace of mind as you explore New York City. Each Plan contains confidential recommendations tailored to each individual client. By purchasing a Plan, clients agree not to reproduce, copy, distribute, or share the content as their own intellectual property, or to share the work product with anyone other than the intended recipient. Any infringement of this agreement may prompt intervention from our legal team, as Plans are copyrighted materials of She Roams NYC, LLC.
